At BonsenReuling we do not fill vacancies, but launch careers. For us, a vacancy is more than finding a suitable candidate.

We go in search of colleagues who are willing to work on their personal and professional development, and contribute a healthy dose of entrepreneurship.

In return, we offer them the building blocks, both in creating positions in which they are offered personal responsibility and independence, and in making available facilities for further education and training. Naturally, we also offer good career supervision and ‘on-the-job coaching’.
